PREVENT DETERIORATION OF MUSLIM

a Moslem must be knowledgeable

http://averrouss.blogspot.com
the command to learn at a Moslem expressed in the Quran :
"O ye who believe! when it is said unto you, Make room! in assemblies, then make room; Allah will make way for you (hereafter). And when it is said, Come up higher! go up higher; Allah will exalt those who believe among you, and those who have knowledge, to high ranks. Allah is Informed of what ye do". Qs 58:11.

In Islam there is no real dichotomy between public science and religion. A religion expert also must be master science and technology. Some examples of religious experts who also expert knowledge is Abu Ali al-Husayn ibn Sina, known as Avicenna, master the science of Medicine, Science Physics, Geology, Mineralogy. Abu Walid Muhammad Ibn Ahmad (Ibn Rushd), a philosophy, mathematics, theology, Maliki jurist, astronomy, geography and science. Muhammad ibn Musa al-Khwarizmi, an expert in the fields of mathematics, astronomy and geography. Indeed, ideally as that of a Muslim. Do not just look narrowly Islam, studied theology but do not know the progress of technology, do not understand the internet, it does not update the global political conditions. Islam does not teach that way. Science can give us understanding, to distinguish good and bad, right and wrong. Nature is needed, it is important for us. But aside from that the command is also mandatory for Muslims.
Principles of Science
Man is born in a state of nature. Simply put nature defined as 'a tendency to be good'. Everyone has a science focus different. But the essence of science that we must learn, each according to their interests. There are three principles of science:
First, science and technology is part of the religion. There is no distinction between public science and religion. Everything is called science is the source of God. Everything is available for our study. The prohibition applies only to learn the science of black magic, in others is worth (mandatory) for study: math, biology, languages, psychology, medicine, and so on. There should be no fear of studying particular for fear of something. Science knowledge that there is for the benefit of humans, support each other.
Secondly, the truth not only from rationality. But there is a truth that can not be rationalized. There is the statement "The truth is that can be seen with the eye, can be digested with logic, and tested by experiment". But not always the case, science is not always based on logic. Example of this is ever going there people affected by the disease wires grow on her body. There are also children of the stomach secrete metal. It's not rational, but real. So in Islam there is the so-called miracle: something that makes no sense but real. Islam does not embrace rationalism but does not reject rationality. Another thing that is not sourced from rationality eg affection, which is a truth (good thing) but does not require rationality, has more to do with a conscience.
Third, science should not cause damage. Nature of science will not cause interference with the environment. Should not undermine human beings and nature. Essentially the nature of science is good, but the impact is good or bad depends someone who uses it. Bad labeling is a field of science that are not justified, such justification that 'philosophy can lead astray'. These are things that are not true. The existence mafsadat (losses) because science is conducted one aberration to science, not the true nature of such knowledge. When meeting people who do not study philosophy obligations pray 5 times, then this is the personal digression, not because because of the science that is destructive (destructive).
